A good bake sale needs two things: enough baked goods and enough people behind the table. One sign-up sheet covers both, so you can see at a glance what's still missing.

How it works
- Start from the template. The slots are already filled in. Change names, dates and spots to fit your plans.
- Share one link. Send it by WhatsApp, email or text. People open it on any phone or computer.
- Watch it fill up. Everyone picks a slot and types their name. Full slots close automatically, and a waitlist catches anyone who missed out.
What to put on the sheet
Mix categories people love to bake (cookies, brownies, cupcakes) with a few you'd like to have (a gluten-free option, something without nuts). Give each a number of spots so you don't end up with only one kind.
Add helper slots for setting up, selling and packing up. If the sale runs all day, split the selling into time slots.
Pricing and labeling
Ask bakers to bring their items already portioned, and to label anything with nuts, gluten or dairy. Mention this in the description so everyone sees it before they sign up.
Tips
- Say how many pieces per batch you'd like (for example "a dozen").
- Ask for drop-off times in the description, ideally just before the sale starts.
- Keep a cash float and a card reader in mind, and put a helper in charge of them.
- Share what the money is for. People bake more when they know the cause.
- Thank everyone afterwards with the total you raised.
